个人简介

涂礼莉 女,1997年考入欧洲杯买球完全官网植物科学技术学院作物遗传育种专业学习。2001-2007年在欧洲杯买球完全官网作物遗传改良国家重点实验室进行硕博阶段学习和研究,方向为棉花分子生物学。毕业后留校任教并继续在作物遗传改良国家重点实验室进行棉花纤维发育机制方面的研究。

棉花是关系到国计民生的重要经济作物,常年种植面积5000-6000万亩,年产棉纤维600万吨,产值1000多亿元。棉花纤维是种子表皮分化的单细胞,其极端伸长,细胞长相对于细胞直径可达到3000倍,而且成熟棉花纤维的纤维素含量>90%。研究纤维发育基因调控网络,有助于解析细胞分化命运决定、细胞膨胀伸长机制和纤维素沉积等重大基础理论问题。

我长期坚持利用海岛棉优质基因改良陆地棉品质的育种目标,克隆并验证了大量功能基因,描绘了优质纤维形成的调控网络,创制了优质棉花种质;从全基因组水平解析纤维发育机制,并鉴定优质纤维相关QTL,为基于棉花基因组育种打下了坚实的理论基础。

    目前关注2个科学问题。1. 以纤维细胞起始分化为例来阐释细胞命运决定拟采用的研究手段包括:胚珠外珠被单细胞测序;纤维起始分化期646个转录因子Crispr突变体库;纤维起始分化期转录因子酵母双杂库;转录因子原位Chip-seq。2. 纤维素合成的机理及调控。拟采用的研究手段包括:冷冻电镜解析纤维素合酶CesA复合物结构;纤维素合酶Crispr突变体库;纤维次生壁合成372个转录因子Crispr突变体库;纤维次生壁合成相关转录因子酵母双杂库;转录因子原位Chip-seq。
